PRO SELECT ACADEMY TEAM
Pro Select Soccer selects elite players to be showcased at some of the most prestigious tournaments in the USA. The majority of the players included in the Academy Program have gone through the Pro Select International Program. On occasion, we will bring players into the Acacemy Program that are qualified to play at this level and have been scouted or referred to Pro Select.
The pool of players will be assembled with generally 16-18 on the roster which include 2 goalkeepers. This team will be called up to participate in tournaments throughout the year usually around the club schedule in Southern California.
The Academy Program is set in place to help prepare and expose top level players to college coaches and allow players to play along side some of the most talented players in their age group. In addition, Pro Select believes we can assist our players in reaching their individual goals of playing at the next level.
The Pro Select Academy Program highlights talent in the USA and exposes the players to scouts and college coaches, while preparing the player to play at the highest level. Our goal will be to advance Pro Select players through the program and thelp them onto the college or professional level. Many top colleges will be keeping a close eye on any player that goes through our Academy program, as they are aware of the level of players we provide and the goals.
Pro Select Soccer has built programs specifically to develop and mature the most competitive soccer player and through the Academy Program we will provide top players an incredible experience and opportunity.
Each Academy team will compete in 1-2 premier showcase tournaments within the USA. The better the team performs in a tournaments the more these teams gain attention. If our goal is exposure for these players we are then focused on winning tournaments and stepping into tournaments grabbing the attention of all. The amount of success we have in these tournaments and the number of interested college coaches and scouts in our players will be our measure of success.
